Yes, absolutely — we love that you want to explore! As a member, you're welcome to upgrade your monthly facial to a different treatment of your choice. You'll simply be responsible for the difference in price between your included service and the upgraded treatment. To ensure we can accommodate you, upgrade requests must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Just give us a heads up and we'll make sure everything is ready for you!

Absolutely! Life changes, and your membership can too. You can upgrade or downgrade between The Ritual and The Ritual Luxe membership at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Just reach out to us and we'll take care of everything.

We want you to get the most out of your membership, so we recommend using your monthly benefits within each billing cycle. While your wallet credits can roll over and accumulate, monthly facials can only be rolled over ONE (1) billing cycle, so we always encourage you to treat yourself — that's what this is for!

Your wallet credit can be applied toward any purchase at Ritual Skin Lounge. Looking to stock up on your favorite serums or try something new? Your credit is ready and waiting. For questions about applying your credit, our team is always happy to help.

We never want you to feel locked in. Our memberships run on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts required. We simply ask for a 30-day notice prior to cancellation so we can process everything smoothly for you.

Your membership is personal to you and is non-transferable — but that doesn't mean your people can't experience Ritual Skin Lounge! We love referrals, and as a member you'll have access to exclusive member-only referral promotions that are perfect for sharing the love — just ask for a referral card and you will be rewarded, too!

We'll be sad to see you go, but we completely understand that life happens. Once your cancellation is processed, your membership benefits — including your monthly facial, wallet credit, and member discount — will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. Any unused monthly treatments will expire at that time and cannot be carried over. While your wallet credit cannot be refunded, your wallet credit will remain in your account for you to use. You're always welcome to rejoin whenever the time feels right — we'll be here!
