Appointment

At Ritual Skin Lounge, your time in our space is sacred — and so is the time of every client who comes before and after you. Our appointment policies are rooted in respect — for your experience, for our estheticians, and for the intentional space we've created here. We've kept things simple and straightforward, because we believe the best relationships are built on clear expectations and mutual care. Thank you for being here — we can't wait to take care of you.

Policies

  • Appointments should be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

  • You can conveniently schedule your appointment online through our booking platform.

  • All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Booking Policies

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.

  • No-shows will be charged either $100 or 100% of the scheduled service.

  • You can reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice without penalty.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client.

  • Late arrivals, outside of the 15 minute grace period, may be cancelled for a fee or will be charged for the full session, even if the treatment is abbreviated.

Late Arrivals

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to future services if cancellation occurs within the 48-hour window.

  • Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be issued for completed treatments.

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments. Cash is also accepted, we cannot accept bills larger than $20.

Refunds & Payments

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.

  • Avoid wearing makeup or applying skincare products to the treatment area on the day of your appointment.

  • Notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that could affect your treatment.

Pre-Appointment Requirements

  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients exhibiting signs of illness.

  • All treatment areas are thoroughly sanitized between each client to ensure a clean and safe environment.

  • Our staff follows strict hygiene protocols, including wearing gloves and masks during treatments, to prioritize client safety.
